Pre Launch Project by Godrej Properties At Indore Ujjain Road

Godrei Properties, the real estate developer of the Godrej Industries Group, has acquired a plot of about 46 acres of land in Indore with a plan to develop mainly residential township. The project is expected to have a development potential of approximately 11,60,000 SF of saleable area.

The land parcel is located off Indore-Ujjain Road, a major upcoming corridor of Indore, that is slated to be widened to a 6-lane highway and an important residential and commercial area in the city.
